Change of Ownership
Pentax Imaging Company's printer divisions have been sold to Brother Mobile
Solutions, Inc. (BMS). The Pentax brand name will continue to be used, but
BMS has decided to terminate the remanufacturing of consumables, parts, and
assemblies. Please dispose of spent units in your regular trash rather
than shipping them to us or to the remanufacturing center. Please throw
away any UPS RS labels that we provided to you.
Synergystex will continue to support our printers with Pentax OEM products, but
they will all be new units rather than remanufactured.

Developers (PLD-24), fuser assemblies, service options, etc.

New twist in our Hot Spare Program
We came up with an idea to minimize downtime
for CF1000 PLUS™ owners who cannot afford to have their printer down for even a
day. Since the fuser assembly is typically the first
component to require service, and it is now very easy to pop it in and out of the
printer, we are providing a loaner fuser that can be stored on-site with your
toner, OPCs, and other supplies. Instead of having to wait a day for a
loaner printer, you can be operational again in a few minutes. Please see PLUS

Due to the fact that many more people use email to
contact us than fax, we are now using the same fax machine that our co-located
sister company Tharo Systems uses. Please dial 330-225-0099 to send faxes
