PENTAX SALE TO BROTHER MEANS END OF PROGRAM
On September 1, 2008, Brother Mobile Solutions, Inc. (BMS) acquired the laser and mobile printing business of Pentax Imaging Company. BMS will support our continuous form laser printers through 2012, but they have terminated the remanufacturing program. Specifically, BMS will not be remanufacturing Developer Kits, OPC Kits, Fuser Kits, or any of the parts and/or assemblies that went into our printers based on Pentax engines. While supplies last, remanufactured OPCs will be available without the need for a core exchange.
Due to this decision, we ask that you discard used, worn out, or broken consumables or assemblies and that you also discard any UPS RS labels that were provided to you. These items can be safely deposited in the regular trash. Please do not ship them anywhere.
We regret that the program has been discontinued and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
